We found it extremely helpful to have the opportunity to test features throughout the process and develop further as required.

As we have been fully utilising our software for some time now it is amazing how we managed without it. In our market, there are a number of “off the shelf” products available with high monthly retainers for their use. However, we were unable to find any software which met all our specific needs in one allowing us to continue to grow as a company.

I spent nearly 2 years looking for a cloud based software package to manage our accident and incident reporting in the leisure facilities that we manage in the North West of England. Every time I thought I’d found the perfect solution, I realised it didn’t meet the full specification I wanted. Finally my frustrations were ended when I was introduced to Innove Solutions. Not only did they tick every one of my boxes, they gave me far more besides. They proposed a secure, bespoke, web based database package powered by SQL Server to replace our existing Excel and Access based system.

Working alongside me and my colleagues, they patiently listened to what we wanted, went away to design the system and then let us loose on the prototype, making all the tweaks we asked for without any fuss. By the end of the project I felt like John Keogh was a work colleague rather than a consultant.

The AIR Database and Reporting system is now working a dream and all our staff are raving about it. My end of month reporting has gone from a full weekend job to less than 2 hours. We can see what is happening at all our sites at the touch of a button and the standard of our reports has improved dramatically. We are finding that the after service provided by Innove Solutions is also top notch, they have even helped us with problems that have been down to issues at our end.

The Trust was delighted to work with Innove Solutions in summer 2016 to develop the new wayfinding app. Thanks to Innove Solutions we were one of the first trusts in the UK to introduce an app like this.

Hospitals can sometimes be daunting places to get around. This new app is designed to make visits to the hospital run more smoothly for patients and visitors. There are clear instructions on getting to all departments at the hospital from whichever entrance people arrive at.

We have worked with Innove Solutions since they developed a bespoke call centre database system for us in 2005 and have maintained and constantly improved it over the last 10 years that they have carried out work for us. The system they developed is a multi-user Call Centre Triage system that has changed out of all recognition from the original system. They have been very willing to change the software as our needs as a customer have changed. New reports are constantly being added to the system and they have altered the system to do the following over the years.

• Integrated Smart Card readers to dump data into the system
• Created a web service to link data to the ADASTRA booking system on NHS Net
• Added an SMS facility into our database that has become invaluable as a communications tool
• Liaised with a number of our suppliers to ease the secure integration of data to and from our system
• Create Android and iOS mobile apps to link to our internal systems

Five years ago we set up a website which took a year to build. We were never happy with it – it was hard to maintain and regularly out of action. We approached Innove Solutions and as a result embarked upon the job of setting up another website up using Shopify. John Keogh was fantastic. Working together we set up the new site in just six weeks. We love it. Thanks to John’s sage advice and guidance the site looks professional, it’s easy to maintain, fully mobile friendly and integrated with social media. Not only did John help us set the site up, but he also made sure it was properly integrated with MailChimp and Google Shopping.
