We work with our clients to design their e-commerce site and then train them so that they are in full control of their site and can easily update it themselves. Case Study: Horse & More

Horse & More were referred to us by one of our existing customers as they were looking to replace their existing successful e-commerce site with one that was more mobile friendly and easier to update. We suggested Shopify and within 3 months we had set up their new responsive web site and it was live on the web and getting great feedback from their existing customers.

Innove Solutions set up the skeleton of the site, linked the payments to Stripe and then trained key staff on how to enter their products with the many variations that they offer. Importing their existing customer base was very easy to do via a csv file and we then linked these to Mailchimp using the Shopify API so they could start to mine into their customer data.

The site is very easy to administer and Horse & More run the site with only minimal input from Innove Solutions now that it is up and running. The ability to quickly add and alter products, send out voucher codes, and link all this data together in a common dashboard is invaluable. We are still on hand for any technical queries and this was a really enjoyable project to work on for both parties.
